We strive to be as flexible as possible to make your stay on beautiful Salt Spring Island just right for you. We are open throughout the year. If there is something we can do to make your stay with us more comfortable, please let us know.

Preferred check-in time is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. (please let us know if expect to arrive at a different time). Check-out time is 11:00 am, however you are welcome to store your bags until afternoon ferry service. Due to insurance limitations, we do not offer pick-up or drop-off service to the ferries.

All our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted strictly outdoors only, away from open windows and other guests, and in the months of fire hazard (July and August), on the patios only with extreme caution. Sorry we do not ACCEPT CHILDREN or PETS.

Cancellation Policy

Our space is quite limited; therefore reservations are regarded as commitments. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival or no shows will be charged the price of your reservation. Bookings of 5 or more days have a 60 days cancellation policy, cancellation within 60 days of arrival, the total price of reservation will be charged. Visa or MasterCard credit card required to guarantee a reservation. For bookings of 5 or more days a 2 nights deposit will be charged at time of booking confirmation. For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival a cancellation fee $50.00(plus GST 5%) will be charged.

In compliance with B.C.’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) which became effective January 1,2004, please note that any information collected in the course of finalizing a reservation is for the sole purpose of guaranteeing the reservation and/or of satisfying the requirements of the B.C. Hotel Guest Registration Act. Your information will never be shared with another organization for research or promotional purposes – as always, confidentiality is not only what you expect but also what we respect.
