We strive to be as flexible as possible, so you may enjoy the wonders of Salt Spring Island throughout the year. Please make sure you have read and understand our booking policy before making your reservation. Check in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., or by prior arrangement.
Guests must be 19 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian.
Self-check in is available for arrivals after 5pm using the current door code sent out on arriving day.
Guest will be required to present a valid piece of government issued photo ID and on request a valid credit card.
Check out time is 11:00 am. Armand Heights not able to accommodate a late check out. Bags may be stored until afternoon ferry service.
Parking: Armand Heights B&B has two parking areas. Please respect and make sure to leave as much space as possible for another vehicle.
Pricing: Published rates do not included taxes. Reservations are based on double occupancy per room, $50.00 for extra person.
Reservations: By using your VISA or MC card you will be charged 10% deposit automatically. You will receive confirmation immediately following this deposit. Reservation are made to hold the room(s) for you. The rest of the payment must be paid upon your arrival. We do accept cash. Based on the policy below please be advised that we will be authorized by your credit card company to further charge your credit card for any balance due.
Space is quite limited, therefore reservations are regarded as commitments – without adequate notice of cancellation or reduced stay, there will be a charge of one night’s room rate for stays of 2 days or less, or one-half of the total reservation for stays of 3 nights or more.
Armand Heights B&B is an adult-oriented. Armand Heights B&B do not accept pets or kids. Kids can be accept if you book all rooms/ Suites
Number of Occupancy: Please ensure when checking availability that you correctly enter the number of guests to ensure a suitable room is available for your stay.
Please not Armand Heights B&B do not have extra beds/cots etc. to provide.
Additional Adult: for 3 persons sharing with prior approval, add $50+taxes.
To ensure the enjoyment and to protect the Armand Heights B & B and our guests, this policy is strictly enforced. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the Armand Heights immediately.
Permitted strictly outdoors only, away from open windows and other guests, and in the months of fire hazard. Smoking in any suite or indoor area will be liable to a surcharge of $500 per incident. Quite time from 10p.m. to 7:30am.
Apart from normal wear and tear, damage from negligence or items found missing from a suite will be charged at cost plus 50%. Privacy: In compliance with B.C.’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) which became effective January 1,2004, please note that any information collected in the course of finalizing a reservation is for the sole purpose of guaranteeing the reservation and/or of satisfying the requirements of the B.C. Hotel Guest Registration Act. Your information will never be shared with another organization for research or promotional purposes – as always, confidentiality is not only what you expect but also what we respect.
Hot Tub hours are daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 p.m summer time from April 1st to September 31 and From 1st of October to 31st of March. Before using hot tub please ask how the hot tub works, shower – before using we have shower outside on the house by hot tub and never put any chemicals in the hot tub. Only plastic glasses for use around hot tub, and absolutely no alcohol in hot tub. Use hot tub at your own risk. Please do not place any objects on the hot tub cover and do not step on the hot tub cover. Any damage done to the hot tub or the hot tub cover will be charged to you.
Armand Heights B&B will not be responsible for any omission, negligence, or error due to website maintenance or difficulties. The property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or any other valuables. A late check-out fee may be imposed. The management reserves the right to assign and reassign the guest to such accommodation as the management sees fit. We operate under Innkeepers Act. Management reserves the right to hold guests liable for undue damage to property. For your safety, please look all doors, windows, and front main entrance when leaving the property.
Due to insurance purposes, we do not offer pick-up or drop-off service to the ferries Sorry we do not allow guests to arrive with any pets.
